Workout #1 - CINDY

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

Workout #2 - The Chief

For 5 cycles - AMRAP in 3 mins of:

3 Power Cleans, 135/95 lbs

6 Push-ups

9 Air Squats

Rest 1 min between each cycle.

For each cycle restart the AMRAP.


Workout #3

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:

10 Kettlebell Swings, 2/1.5 pood

10 Box Jumps, 24/20 in

10 Ring Dips

Workout #4

AMRAP 20 min

10 Pushups

10 Squats

10 burpees

10 Flutter Kicks - 4 count


Workout #5

AMRAP 12 min

10 Hang Squat Cleans 45's

10 Clapping Push Ups
