Trolling motors have become quieter over time and we have started to use them more and more inshore and offshore to catch bait and fish and to explore. It has become a really valuable tool and in my pursuit to use the trolling motor all day I have gone through a bunch of different iterations of batteries and this year we had a breakthrough.

This is an exercise in discipline and Jocko says "Discipline = Freedom" and we are working towards that. In addition to that we are doing the Wim Hof 40 day challenge. Now in days 11-20 we are doing 3 rounds of breathing and a 1 minute cold shower (add in pushups after your last round of breathing). For days 21-30 we will do 4 rounds of breathing and a 1.5 minute cold shower.
