Since we are still preparing for the 10,000 pushup challenge that starts in a few weeks, I figured I would tell you about one of my travel workouts that heavily incorporates pushups. This is an extremely simple workout that you can do with no equipment, and also helps you to explore a new city if you are traveling. The only parameters are running 3 miles and 300 pushups.
