Ryan Martin is a 2x World Champion boxer. He has won many amateur titles and also 2 belts in the WBC. In between fight camps, Ryan joined me for a workout and we sat down after to talk about his upbringing and the incredible journey that he has taken to become a world champion boxer. Ryan shares his story of a difficult homelife and being on his own since the age of 16. Boxing consumed him and helped him to overcome depression and despair to reach the pinnacle of his sport.
