In the first book (released in October 2015), Jocko and Leif, defined and set the bar for leadership.Extreme Ownership was certainly one of the best books on leadership ever written, but some people took a few concepts a little too far. The new book out, dives deeper into ideas from Extreme Ownership so I certainly recommend reading it first but you do not have to.
