“Isometric workouts are great for the core.”

Podcast Synopsis

I’ve been playing around with the Dice Games recently and seeing how creative I can be. Recently my wrist has been bothering me so I decided to rest it and do some isometric (static) exercises. I mostly focused on exercising my core so I did the following:

Plank

Side Plank (Left and Right)

Leg Lift Holds

A Boat

A Bridge

I wrote all of those on one dice and on the other dice I wrote down the number of seconds that I would hold that pose. So I would write 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 seconds and roll the dice for 30 minutes. It was very effective and I certainly want to mess around more with some different times and movements.
