I wanted to thank you for putting out great content on your podcasts. I really enjoy how you mix up the topics. The Tuesday tips are short but very informative. I found your podcast while listening to April Vokey.
I am a fly fishing guide in the Adirondacks. I have 3 seasons under my belt. I got a late start to guiding, I'm almost 49 years old. I have a question for you.
Our season for fishing starts April 1st. I want to be in great shape by then. I would prefer to do body weight workouts. On your last Tuesday Tips you spoke about staying in shape without equipment on trips or in hotels. Do you think that the workouts you mentioned would be efficient enough on their own to get into great shape? I'm not much of a runner and the winters here are brutal. I would love to hear your thoughts. If you have any tips for an up and coming guide that would be greatly appreciated as well. If you ever find yourself in the Northeastern Adirondacks I'd love to take you out trout fishing.
