John Nores is a recently retired California Game Warden who co-founded the MET, a task force that tracks down and contains illegal growing operations in California. He also founded the first ever sniper unit for the California department of fish and wildlife. John is also an accomplished author who wrote one of my favorite recent books, “Hidden War”. The book goes into the detail about special operation game wardens who are on the front lines battling against toxic marijuana growth in American wilderness. John is also an accomplished public appearances and has appeared on the “Joe Rogan Expierence” and Jack Carr’s “Danger Close”.

Ray goes through many of his acronyms that he lives by which lead to his success and how we can all apply some or all of it to our lives. Ray gets after it and makes the most of every minute. He is grateful and thankful and does not rest. He is 50 years old and in better shape than most people of any age because he is constantly sharpening his blade. Just as an example, Ray does 6320 pushups every week. That is 1000 per day and then 1320 on Saturdays with his Instagram community. 1320 is an important number because that represents the 22 veterans and First Responders who commit suicide per day. He does 22 pushups every minute on the minute for 60 minutes.
