Read MoreWhether you’re at home, on the road, or just do not have access to workout equipment, this Physical Friday is just for you. Today we go over the COUNTDOWN WORKOUT. Often called 11s or 21s, all you need for this workout is two exercises!
Let's use PUSH-UPS and SQUATS as an example.
Start by doing 10 push-ups. After those 10 reps, do 1 squat.
Then you will do 9 push-ups and 2 squats.
Next do 8 push-ups and 3 squats.
Repeat these steps until you finish with 1 push-up and 10 squats!
If this is too easy, increase the reps to something more challenging (11, 21, 31...)!

Read MoreIn this episode I talk about how to workout when on the road with a little bit of equipment. This workout was borrowed from Dan John, who has a 10,000 kettlebell swing challenge! This is a modified version to get 500 swings in a shorter period of time.
To accomplish this, do the kettlebell swing (Russian or American version) + a pressing exercise. For example: 5 rounds of 10 swings, 1 pushup, 15 swings, 2 pushups, 25 swings, 3 pushups, 50 swings with a 30 second break.
