On one of my first episodes, I tracked down a gentleman who was preparing to do a race that was extreme…even to me. The race was a 3,000-mile rowing race across The Atlantic Ocean! He was doing it to raise awareness of the issues that veterans struggle with like PTSD, veteran suicide, and depression.
This issue is particularly close to his heart because he is a former special forces member himself. Tim Crockett is today’s guest and his organization is called TameTheKracken. Over a year ago, Tim crossed the finish line of this 3000 mile race and we will catch up with him to hear some stories and find out how he overcame some significant struggles along the way.
