He explains how he sets his screen up to use the offset mode to look ahead and how he sets the distance so that he can find birds, boats, weather or boats. Now in days 11-20 we are doing 3 rounds of breathing and a 1 minute cold shower (add in pushups after your last round of breathing). For days 21-30 we will do 4 rounds of breathing and a 1.5 minute cold shower.
